Before You Book
To ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone, please review the booking guidelines below before scheduling your appointment.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
What is the grace period if I am running late?
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Appointments that begin late may incur a $20 late fee to accommodate scheduling and service time.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No-call, no-shows or arrivals 30+ minutes late will result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment. This allows time and availability to be respected for all clients.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made outside of this window may affect your deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, card, and Zelle are accepted forms of payment.
Are refunds offered?
All services are non-refundable. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before booking to ensure the service is the right fit.
